Description
You will need to entertain this image with your imagination as I did as the light was falling.
I heard a hiss , no a ruffling sound. The light began to fade. I looked over as she looked at me and then didn't move again. I am not sure what it is or was. I admired at a distance. Calling me from farther down the path as the light waned I moved on , turning my back slowly so as not to disturb it. I left declining to look back, but I carefully listened for those footsteps, softly flirting with the forrest path. The next day I came back and the creature was gone leaving a shroud of moss.

Actually Brian, I thought I'd seen this before, and voilà, I had!! Still wonderful!
Brian Sereda replied:
Hey , don't worry, Maggie, I do the same thing, as if drawn back to other artists work , something attracting our minds to the image again, that we like or need to see one more time.
Maggie Terlecki
oh, yes, Brian, I see here! Ah, to really have your eyes open is incredible! Wonderful image!

If you don’t look too closely, at first, there’s a hungry gator a calling. Neat image, Brian. - Mike (V/F)

Wow! That was quite the dream you had! And you've captured it well! ; ) L/F Isn't it something how the forest has its own creatures.
Brian Sereda replied:
I agree Debra, the forrest has its own creatures , I think it is they who wish to be seen by us and not the reverse. Thanks for having a look.

Love the mystery and being able to make up my own story to fit this. Can't decide between a wood nymph or a lost soul. Whatever it was - it's a fantastic image.
Brian Sereda replied:
Issie, thank you for having a look! I love to hear stories about images... you chose, its a fun image.

I see a lady reposing in thought with a long flowing hooded cape, amazing sculpture, I can even see her hands folded on her lap. Amazing what nature can do as an artist. LF
Brian Sereda
Thanks so much, Angela. I really like your interpretation, how she sits , how she feels and who she may be. :)

Great shot and find LF I see a woman sitting sideways with her head drooped in thought, long wavy hair and her hands in her lap. LF Almost a madonna figure.
Wayne Moran
wow wow wow so wonderfully incredibly beautiful.
Brian Sereda replied:
Thanks very much, Wayne, I will see if she is still sitting there next month when I visit the forrest.

It's pretty fantastic that you could see her shape and grow a story around it. Now we see it too, this woman, resting with a basket of flowers on her lap. Her hair pulled up into a ponytail with her veil trickling down her backside. Beautiful! :-) Maggie
Brian Sereda replied:
Maggie, Thanks so much, I love how you added to the story, The pony tail, I see it now! The flowers too, very perceptive and creative, Guess we know that about you!
Brian Sereda

Has Sasquatch downsized ? Has a son of Adam petrified ? I have so many questions! I love how one eye is glowing behind the veil of miss like a flashlight to the soul . Such an incredible photo !
