Description
This is a B&W 2.25 x 3.25 negative I was given years ago. Considering the cameras they had back then, that is limited range and no Zoom, the photographer must have been pretty close to this Bear on a hike in or around Jasper Park, Alberta.

Great photo! It’s a good thing I’ve never encountered a bear, because I really think they have the most adorable faces. I’m pretty sure I would be be so captivated by the face, that I would forget to run.

Martha! You have such a great View of the world. I must agree they do look friendly. I am with you I will keep my distance with a 400mm + lens.
