I like the Mood that Lighting Gives to an object. How it penetrates its very Essence! Either Photo, drawing, painting or Sketch I Strive to accentuate and induce a presence to each Image! THe Rest of this Bio is pretty Boring! Primary work over the years consists of compositions of charcoal and pastels Life drawings on paper, inks, multimedia on a variety of small 3 inches to large 6 feet formats. Photography West Coast and Prairies, People in both Black and White and colour film and darkroom processing as well as digital. Limited formal training college Fine Art GMCC, then self taught and night classes Uof A print making and B&W Photography interrupted with other educational and life experiences. I don't like spiders - not at all. But I love the spider webs that are found in nature, especially in the morning dew, as a photo motif. You have a very nice eye for the beauty of nature. The picture is gorgeous.

Thank you Petra, you are very Kind! I have always been lucky with spiders. I have had them all over me at times when I work in the tall grass and the thick brush North Of Smoky. Never been bit by one, always gently brush them off and we stay friends.

I wonder what the female spider thinks about as she spins her web. I mean obviously she’s thinking about her ill-fated friendship with a special pig, but what else is she contemplating ? I guess we will always wonder . Beautiful capture !
